Kips Bay Apartment

A complete apartment rebuild with exposed-brick character retained.

This Kips Bay project modernized the entire apartment while retaining exposed-brick character. The work included a new kitchen, renovated bathrooms, new flooring, doors and trim, lighting, fixtures, painting and finish work throughout. The final result is a clean, contemporary apartment anchored by the warmth and texture of the original masonry.
