Hamilton Heights Residence

Pre-war character rebuilt around a clean modern interior.

This Hamilton Heights project involved a full-gut renovation of a large five-bedroom apartment in a pre-war building. The interior was rebuilt with a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, doors, trim and upgraded electrical and plumbing work. Existing exposed-brick elements were retained as architectural features, pairing the character of the original building with a clean, modern interior finish.
