GD Builders completed full-gut renovation work across a townhouse-style residential duplex in Greenwich Village. The scope included new kitchens and bathrooms, flooring, stair and railing work, lighting, trim, painting, laundry integration and restoration of exposed-brick elements. The finished interiors balance modern detailing with the original character of the building.
